To deliver SMS reminders, we collect and store your mobile phone number and the content and preferences associated with the reminders you set up — for example, medicine refill schedules, birthdays, and habit nudges. We do not collect this information from third parties; it is provided by you when you use the application.
Your phone number and reminder data are used solely to deliver the personal reminder text messages you have requested (such as medicine refill reminders, birthday reminders, and habit nudges). We do not use your phone number or SMS data for any other purpose.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not shared with third parties under any circumstances.
You opt in to receive reminder text messages by configuring reminders in the application. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will no longer receive SMS reminders. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
Message frequency varies based on the reminders you have configured. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We retain your phone number and reminder data for as long as you use the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting Grayson Pike at info@graysonpike.com. Upon request, your personal data will be removed from the application.
